Crafted in Solingen, Germany, this 7" (18cm) knife is forged from a single piece of specially tempered, high-carbon steel which is precision-sharpened for a cleaner, finer cut. The cutting edge is expertly hand-honed using an extensive 38-step process to achieve a razor-sharp finish. Its hollow edge design prevents food from sticking to the blade by creating small air pockets while slicing. The bolster adds balance, making cutting effortless. The handle of this WÜSTHOF Classic Santoku Knife is also triple riveted and features a full tang for superior safety and durability.
