This makes the drop in deli ideal for businesses with rapid and regular customer flow such as holiday resorts, hotel canteens and similar establishments. An eye level digital display allows precise hold over the temperature, and integrated water evaporator removes the need for site drainage. Additional items can be placed on a singular ambient mid-shelf to increase your promotional possibilities. GN pans sold separately.
