Utilising flat ceramic glass for supplying customers with up to 5/1 GN worth of food, this heated display operates 24 hours a day as standard and is robustly constructed to handle the rigorous heat and pressures of multiple chafing dishes across lunch, breakfast and dinner. The eye level mounted gantry holds both the protective sneeze screens and the overhead quartz lamps, whose temperature can be changed separately to the hot plate's. As a self service unit with an easy to maintain work surface and no additional maintenance tasks such as drainage, this countertop display will function reliably and with minimal upkeep.
