This heavy duty frame securely drops into place at either end of the K353 or K354 barbecues. Used with two standard sized gastronorm pans, it provides one hot holding pan and overhangs another to provide add-on holding capacity. Benefits include hygiene control of prepared food from kitchen to customer. Its use in combination with the Universal Griddle provides outdoor buffet service at minimal additional cost. 1/1 pans are sold separately.
