Using energy efficient hydrocarbon refrigerant, the deli functions cost-effectively and with less environmental waste than standard refrigeration models. A gantry mounted digital temperature display and control panel offers complete control over any internal settings and can be locked to prevent any tampering from customers. The heightened glass sneeze screen and side panels lessen the chance of cross contamination between foods, and the top glass can be tilted forward for ease of cleaning. Additionally an integrated evaporator unit removes any need for site drainage. GN pans sold separately.
