• The Vogue stainless steel perforated spiked meat tray is the perfect place to carve meat. With five sturdy spikes, meat is held firmly in place whilst being carved, reducing the risk of knives slipping and causing injury. Holding meat securely in place also leads to more accurate carving, helping to keep portion sizes under control and maximising the amount of slices per joint.
• The perforations at the bottom of the tray allow meat juices to run through the dish and be collected in a second pan (sold separately). If the lower pan is filled with water and heated, the steam can help prevent the meat from drying out too, extending the potential hold times and reducing food waste.
• The tray also has raised edges - ensuring that any juices not caught by the perforation will not overflow and contaminate your workstation. And thanks to the strong stainless steel construction of the tray, it's immensely durable and easy to clean - essential considerations for everyday commercial use.
