• The pan is designed with a five-layered construction, that consists of a single layer of copper which is sandwiched between two layers of aluminium, and finished with two layers of stainless steel. This allows the pans to be safely used on any gas or inductions hobs, whilst being highly durable to impact, corrosion and general wear and tear - saving you money on replacement costs.
