Measuring 6mm thick, this premium aluminium griddle plate boasts rapid heating and recovery times, enabling a faster turnaround of product to help you meet demand during busy services. Compatible with the Cinders slimfold propane gas barbecues (Product Codes: K353 and K354), the griddle plate completely covers the K353 for flat-top cooking, allowing you to quickly prepare delicate ingredients such as pancakes, toast and eggs. When used with the K354, the griddle can slide from side-to-side, cleaning the grill top by reflected heat as it goes so you can continue to cook whilst cleaning the surface below.
